See all your locations in one place.
A Trust Audit is a one-page read on how each of your branches is actually doing on Google: rating, review volume, how quickly reviews get answered, and how each one compares to the closest operator in its own market.
One page.

The things you can't see from inside one profile.
Google shows you one location at a time. That's fine when you have one. It stops being fine at three.
- Every location's rating and review count, side by side, with the sample size attached
- How many reviews are sitting without a reply, per location
- How long since anyone answered a review at each branch
- Each location against the nearest comparable operator in its own market, not against your other branches
- Where the spread between branches is wide enough to mean something, and where it isn't
- Anything odd I find along the way: duplicate listings, stale addresses, forgotten profiles
Ratings and review counts come from Google. Reply status and response times are read by hand off each live profile, because Google's public data doesn't expose whether an owner replied. There's no API for it and no way to automate it honestly.
That means an audit takes me the better part of an hour, which is the main reason I don't offer them at volume. It also means a person has actually looked at your business rather than a scraper.
Nothing connects to your systems. No access, no login, no permissions. If you'd rather I didn't look at all, that's the end of it.
What a Trust Audit will never do
It won't tell you where you rank in Google Maps, because nobody can promise that honestly. It won't suggest filtering which customers get asked for a review. That's against Google's policy and the FTC's rules, and Tenlo doesn't do it. And no review is ever written, solicited or removed in producing one.
Three or more locations, and no single view of them.
- Home services, restoration, trades, childcare, clinics, retail: anywhere each site has its own Google profile
- Owners and operations leads, not marketing departments
- Groups where one branch is quietly drifting and nobody's measured it
- Franchise owners holding several territories under one roof
It's free, and there's nothing to buy at the end.
The multi-location software this comes from isn't finished. I can't sell it to you yet even if you asked. I do the audits because talking to operators about what they see is how I work out what to build, and you get a useful page out of it either way.
Ask for oneThe obvious ones.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no upsell attached and no obligation to talk to me afterwards.
Do I have to connect anything?
No. Everything in an audit is public information about your business that anyone could look up. You don't give me access to anything.
How long does it take?
A couple of days, depending on how many locations you run. I do them one at a time by hand.
What if the numbers are wrong?
Tell me and I'll correct it. The reply counts in particular are hand counts off a live page. If one is off, it's mine, not yours.
Will you keep my data?
No. Google's terms don't allow ratings and review content to be stored beyond a short window, so every audit is a dated snapshot that expires. I keep my own notes and nothing else.
What happens after?
Usually a short conversation about what you're seeing, if you want one. Sometimes nothing at all, which is a perfectly good outcome.
