Does the AI publish replies without me seeing them first?

Not unless you tell it to. You can set it up so that every draft requires your approval, or you can enable auto-publish for each review category. You decide.

What if the AI writes something off-brand or wrong?

Edit it, reject it, or rewrite it. Flagged reviews (legal language, 1–2 star, accusatory) always bypass auto-publish and ping you directly, so there's no risk of a bad automated response going live on something sensitive.

Which review platforms are supported?

Google Business Profile and Facebook are both fully supported — connect each with a single sign-in. Automated review fetching, AI-drafted replies in your brand voice, and auto-posting are live for both from day one, alongside review-request campaigns, brand-voice training, and your dashboard. If there's another platform you need, tell us during your trial and we'll prioritize it on the roadmap.

How long does setup take?

Connecting Google Business Profile and Facebook is a single sign-in each — pick the location or Page you manage and you're connected. Training your brand voice takes a few minutes: either describe your tone, or let Reputation AI analyze your past reviews and learn your voice automatically. Review request campaigns take the longest to configure, and even those are usually under 30 minutes — the longest single step is pasting the public Google review link for each of your locations so campaign emails point at the right place.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

A credit card is requested when you sign up for the trial, but you won't be charged during the 14-day trial period. Once the trial ends, your card is billed and Reputation AI continues uninterrupted. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
