Which branch is falling behind?

Tenlo's Reputation AI runs today for businesses with one location. What isn't built yet is the layer above it: every location in one accurate view, a response clock per branch, and a closed loop on the reviews that need someone to act.

I'm building it in the open, and I'd rather say what's finished and what isn't than let a website imply otherwise.

Where this actually stands

Built, and not built.

There's a version of this page that implies all of it ships today. This isn't that page.

In production now

Review monitoring, AI-drafted replies you approve before anything posts, review-request campaigns by email and text, sensitive reviews routed to you first. Single location, $99 CAD a month, 14-day trial.

Not built yet

The cross-location roll-up, per-branch response targets, role-based access for branch and regional managers, and the service-recovery loop. This is what I'm working on.

Undecided

What multi-location costs. I'd rather price it once I know what it does than publish a number I have to walk back.

The problem
Google shows you one location at a time.

That's fine when you have one. At four, the only way to see how you're doing is to open each profile in turn and copy what you find into a spreadsheet. That is what the operators I've spoken to are doing, and roughly what it costs them each month.

The reporting most tools give you is an average across the group. An average hides the branch that's drifting, which is the only number a regional manager actually needs.

And when a two-star does arrive, there's usually no answer to a simple question: who owns fixing it, and how does anyone know it got fixed?

What I'm building

Three things, in this order.

1

A roll-up that reconciles

Every location in one view, where the group total matches what you see on each individual profile. Sounds obvious. Four separate tools are criticised by their own customers for getting it wrong.

2

A response clock per branch

Not a star-rating leaderboard. At normal review volumes those are mostly noise. Time-to-response is a fact at any volume, it's inside your control, and a branch manager can be held to it.

3

A closed loop on the bad ones

A poor review becomes a task with an owner, a status and a resolution, so "we're on it" and "it's handled" are different states that somebody can see.

!

What I'm deliberately not building

No review filtering or gating. Screening customers before you ask them is against Google's policy and the FTC's rules. No written or AI-authored reviews, ever. No claims about Google Maps rankings, because nobody can promise those honestly. And nothing posts to your profiles without a person approving it.

Early access

I'd rather build this with a few operators than for them.

If you run several locations and any of the above sounds like your week, tell me. You'll get the build notes as things ship, first access when the multi-location layer is ready, and a say in what gets built first.

  • No cost, and no commitment to buy anything later
  • A Trust Audit of your locations to start with, whether or not you go further
  • Honest answers about what's finished, including when the answer is "not yet"
Get in touch

Tell me how many locations you run.

That's the whole form. I'll reply personally, because it's just me here.

Questions

Fair things to ask.

Can I buy this today?

No. Reputation AI for a single location is live and you can buy that. The multi-location layer isn't finished, and I'm not taking money for something that doesn't exist.

When will it be ready?

I won't give you a date I can't stand behind. It's one person building it, and the order of work depends partly on what the operators I'm talking to say they need first.

What will it cost?

Undecided. Anyone on the early-access list will hear the number before it's published.

Does it work with Google and Facebook?

Google reviews are the core. Facebook reviews can be monitored, though replies there still have to be posted by you.

What about HomeStars?

No platform I know of covers it, which for Canadian home-services operators is a real gap. It's on my list. It isn't built.

Why should I trust a one-person company with this?

Fair question. Start with a Trust Audit. It costs you nothing, it's built from public data, and it will tell you whether I know what I'm looking at before you decide anything else.
