What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?

It's tuned to say "I don't know — let me connect you with the team" rather than guess. The customer's question and the conversation transcript are pushed to your support inbox. Your team picks up where the bot left off, with full context.

Will it make things up? (hallucinations)

Answers are grounded in your knowledge base via retrieval — the AI doesn't just "guess from general knowledge." If a question isn't covered in your docs, it escalates rather than invents an answer. You can also set a confidence threshold to tighten this further.

How long does it take to train on my docs?

Can customers always reach a human?
